The Coalition represents 36 Indonesian NGOs or CSOs working to advocate and campaign for rights of vulnerable groups in Indonesia, which include groups of people with disabilities, people with HIV and key populations (drug users and sex workers), women, indigenous peoples, religious minorities and LGBTIQ people. This joint submission addresses issues faced by the vulnerable groups, except for the issue of LGBTIQ rights which the Coalition raised in a separate submission.
